TRY or Rock: Neil Simon’s supreme comedy of embarrassment, adjusted from Bruce Jay Friedman’s small tale “A Change of Plan.” Jewish boy Grodin gets wedded to Berlin and meets an attractive WASP blonde Shepherd on honeymoon, and determines to shuffle plans. Very comical but relies on your point of view; prompted for maximum impact by Might. The Cast includes Charles Grodin, Cybill Shepherd, Jeannie Berlin, Eddie Albert, and Audra Lindley. (104 minutes, 1972)

A Perfect Murder: Knowing his wife has taken a lover Steven Taylor is going to set up the perfect murder. He confronts the man who is sleeping with his wife. Together they become part of a plan to kill the wife. When the night comes things don’t go as planned.

Armgeddon: A meteorite is on a collision course for Earth. If it continues on course it will obliterate the planet. To avert total destruction there will be an attempt to land a shuttle on the asteroid, and try to blow it apart. Time is short, and the mission near impossible.

Wayne’s World: Wayne and Garth have their own TV show on public access television. Their show is spotted by TV exec Ben Oliver, and Wayne a d Garth are moving up. Wayne now ifs falling in love, and they abandon the show to he his new love in her career as a rock star.

X Men: The Last Stand: For the first time in history, the mutants have a choice. There is a cure for the mutants, so they can choose to give up their powers and become normal people. With dissention among the mutant leaders, a massive war ensues.

Inferno: Fleming plans to destroy her husband Ryan. The outcome of this plot is simply astounding. The movie produces excellent desert scenes. Cast includes Robert Ryan, Rhonda Fleming, William Lundigan, Henry Hull, Carl Betz, and Larry Keating. (107 minutes, 1953)
